Honor, Huawei’s e-brand for digital natives, today rolled out the latest Android 8.0 update alongside EMUI 8.0 for Honor 7X for the Indian customers. With the update, users will get many new features like Face Unlock, Game suite, Ride Mode, AR Lens etc. making it one of the best smartphones available in the mid-range segment. The brand also announced new price points for the two variants of the smartphone – Rs 11,999 and 14,999 for 32 GB/ 64 GB variant. The smartphone with eye-catching aesthetics and high-performance is available from 25 June 2018 onwards exclusively on Amazon.in. EMI and Exchange Offer are also available for Honor 7X on Amazon

Here are the new features that will be available on the Honor 7X:

1.       Face Unlock: Honor 7X users can now experience an innovative way to unlock and authenticate their device with Face unlock feature. Its Smart lock Screen notifications gives a unique experience to the user, When enabled, the user can see the notification only once the phone recognizes the face and unlocks the device Game Suit – now user can play games uninterrupted as they can set their Honor 7X on different game modes like:

·         Gaming Mode – where the phone will automatically optimize for perfect gaming experience

·         Power saving mode – where the phone will be optimize on the basis of battery

·         Smart Mode – This mode smartly optimize phone depending upon the current usage and balance the power consumption & performance.

·         Uninterrupted gaming – all onscreen notification will be hidden except for calls, alarms and low battery, the device will not ring or vibrate for calls and alarms

·         Lock navigation keys – you can lock the off-screen navigation keys to avoid accidental presses during game. Tap a key 3 times to perform an action

2.       Ride Mode: This new feature notifies the caller that the user is currently riding and cannot answer calls. This safety feature enables users to safely operate their smartphone while riding a bike

3.       AR Lens feature: Users will also be able to enjoy the AR lens as a part of a new update on the camera app and add effects to the images  even before the picture has been clicked

4.       Shortcut to Paytm: Users will now be able to assign a specific finger print for the Paytm app which will land them on the Paytm payment section directly
