Apple is set to unveil iPhones, entry level MacBook, iPads with Face ID, Watch series 4 in coming few weeks, Apple expected to launch 2018 iPhones on September 12

American multinational technology company Apple Inc. designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services. As posted earlier Apple is set to unveil new phones in the coming few weeks of this year. Now it is imminent that in next month new iPhones, iPads with Face ID, Watch Series 4 and MacBook entry level model and many other products are going to be unveiled.

In the latest reports, Apple is expected to launch the new 2018 iPhones on September 12 which is going to be followed up with Pre-orders on September 14. Here is the information that throws more light on the upcoming devices.

About the 2018 iPhone models

Apple will launch three new iPhones this year – a 5.8-inch iPhone X (successor to 2017’s iPhone X), a 6.1-inch iPhone 9 (successor to iPhone 8) and a 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus.

New iPhones 2018 iPhones: Launch, availability and pricing

Reports suggest Apple would announce its 2018 iPhone line-up on September 12, and open up pre-orders for its devices starting September 14. Moreover, the phones are said to go on sale starting September 21.

As for their pricing, the iPhone 9 is likely to start at around $699-749 (INR 48,800 to INR 52,300), the 2018 iPhone X at around $899-949 (INR 62,800 to INR 66,300) and the iPhone X Plus at $999 (INR 69,700).

Specs and features: 6.1-inch iPhone 9

The iPhone 9 will feature an LCD display with a notch to house the Face ID setup. Earlier, a hands-on video had confirmed that it will have a single rear camera with possibly a larger sensor, a glass back and aluminum frame.

Further, leaks suggest that the phone will get 3GB RAM and will be available in 64GB and 256GB storage variants.

About the 2018 iPhone X and iPhone X Plus

The 2018 iPhone X and iPhone X Plus will feature OLED displays with an improved Face ID setup and may support Apple Pencil. Both these models will sport a dual rear-camera setup, a glass back and stainless steel frame.

In terms of internals, both the phones will have 4GB RAM and will be offered in three storage configurations – 64GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
