Honor 10 unveiled in India at Rs 32,999

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor 10 has been unveiled Honor at price of Rs. 32,999. The handset is a Flipkart-exclusive device. Like most other handsets, Honor 10 too comes with certain launch offers that any potential buyer can avail to get discounts.

Honor 10 will also be available on HiHonor.in and will be bundled with offers including Rs 500 coupon on the purchase of the device, Mobikwik ‘supercash’ up to Rs 2000. In terms specs, the AI-centric Honor 10 smartphone is powered by the latest octa-core company’s own Kirin 970 processor paired with 6GB of RAM and offers 128 GB of internal storage. There is only one storage variant of the Honor 10. It has a 5.84-inch full HD+ notch display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and the notch. It runs Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.1 interface and is powered by a 3400 mAh battery with support for Fast Charging.

The smartphone, which was first launched in China last month, includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (dual-band, 2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Honor 10 has a 2.5D curved glass back, with an aluminium frame for rigidity. The smartphone looks sleek and feels solid in the hand. Thanks to the minimal screen borders and impressive 86.2 percent screen-to-body ratio, the Honor 10 is compact and pocketable. The curved glass back, rounded corners and curved edges also make it feel high-end.

The front fascia is dominated by a 5.84-inch full-HD+ IPS LCD that has an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a pixel density of 432ppi. In our limited time with this smartphone, we found the display to be bright and punchy, with great viewing angles and vivid colours.
