There is a possibility that the company will be launching the ultra-budget Xiaomi Redmi Go smartphone in India as the recent post on Facebook by the company mentions #AapkiNayiDuniya and suggests GO which shows that the company is actually in process to launch this really very soon in India.

The Redmi Go was launched recently in China as the first Android Go device by the company. The smartphone is expected to be launched at Rs 3,499 in India, which is mainly targeted to the lowest and the cheapest segment just what Xiaomi did before when they came to India with Redmi 1s.

Still, the company hasn’t mentioned any specific launch date but yes now it is confirmed that the phone is surely coming to the country very soon. We can expect the launch of this phone later this month. The main thing is that the phone is based on the project by Google which is Android GO. It is going to compete with all other budget range smartphones in the country.

The company has recently made a price cut for its Android One project based Mi A2 and is now available for Rs. 11,999. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor that features 4 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 4 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. It comes with 4GB of RAM.
