Kinera, the name that stands for “Golden Age for Listening,” is well known internationally that specialises in the production of the dynamic driver moving coil and balanced armature moving iron-based IEM’s and products. Kinera now officially enters India via The Audio Store, debuting two professional IEMs – Kinera Freya and Kinera BD005 Pro. The Kinera Freya is a quad-driver (1DD+3BA) IEM while the BD005 Pro is a dual driver (1DD+1BA) IEM with Mic.

Kinera Freya

Design: The Kinera Freya is an ‘Outcome of Imagination’. Freya in Norse Mythology has a great energy to bring love and beauty and people are amazed at her unparalleled beauty. Beautiful, lively and fearless, the Kinera Freya is created after the symbol of glamour with its attractive look. Based on this beauty, each IEM shell is carefully hand-painted and takes nearly 3 hours per piece by Kinera craftsmen.

Hardware: Adopting three Balanced Armatures (3BA) and one Dynamic Driver (1DD) along with the special tuning, the Kinera Freya presents a superior balanced sound – powerful and strong bass with smooth, detailed mids and soft yet flexible highs. The Kinera Freya is a premium IEM for stages and many other scenarios.

Attachments: The Kinera Freya features a 2-pin detachable modular cable that allows this IEM options for future upgrades as and when you may need it.

Contents: Packed in luxury and elegance, the classy box includes the pair of Freya earbuds with a 1.2m 2-pin cable with a 3.5mm jack, a Lightning to 3.5mm and a Type-C to 3.5mm dongle, a 3.5m to 6.5mm converter jack, three pairs of silicone ear tips and a cleaning brush.

Kinera BD005 Pro

Design: The BD005 Pro is a sequel to the previously launched and highly successful BD005 IEMs, and features a hand-crafted 3D printed housing. Kinera has high respect for its beautifully designed earpieces and the BD005 Pro is just another example. It is crafted with beauty after loads of R&D on unit design, acoustic tube structure and different ear shapes to create a product with a super comfortable fit and user experience. The smooth and rounded shell is meticulously polished and resin injection process, which is not only beautiful as a handicraft, but also provides a comfortable wearing feeling and excellent sound insulation performance. The BD005 Pro is specially crafted for comfort even after long music, gaming, and movie sessions.

Hardware: The Kinera BD005 Pro features a twin-driver hybrid setup for each ear. Each earbud houses a large 9.2mm beryllium diaphragm dynamic driver unit and paired with a custom-tuned 30095 series high-frequency Balanced Armature driver. If you love music with a fun signature, fast punchy bass, detailed instruments, rich vocals, smooth non-fatiguing signature, then the Kinera BD005 is perfect for you. The dynamic drivers produce a punchy bass complementing the vocals while the BAs produce a super smooth treble portion for a non-fatiguing experience.

Attachments: The Kinera BD005 Pro combines a high-quality 4-core silver-plated cable with a universal 0.78mm 2-pin connector on each side. The detachable/modular cables allow you the freedom of replacing and upgrading the cables in the future, should you opt for wireless or premium wired options ahead.
