HTC to unveil HTC Desire 12 & 12 Plus today in India
Taiwanese smartphone maker, HTC, is to unveil two smartphone today namely HTC Desire 12 and Desire 12 Plus. These phones were unveiled few months ago and now the same are being launched in Indian market. The official HTC Twitter handle has confirmed the launch of these devices, which are set to debut in India tomorrow i.e on June 6. Both of these smartphones are powered by a MediaTek and Qualcomm SoC, respectively. Additionally, they come with an 18:9 display, offering an attractive liquid-surface design.
HTC Desire 12: Specs
The HTC Desire 12 sports a 5.5-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution (1440 × 720 pixels). The screen has an 18:9 aspect ratio, and 2.5D curved glass protection. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6739 SoC that is paired with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU. The base model packs 2GB RAM+16GB storage, and the higher end model comes with 3GB RAM+32GB storage. Both of these devices’ memory can be expanded upto 2TB via micro SD expansion. The Desire 12 runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
